We want your telemedicine appointment to be as smooth as possible. Here are some good tips for the visit.

 

1. Be in a well lit area. I need to look at you so darkly lit areas make it very difficult

 

2. Bring your driver's license, insurance card and any referral that is necessary for your insurance

 

3. If you were referred by a doctor please have their information

 

4. If need to look at imaging I will have to do that and then schedule a second visit to review

 

5. There are new patient forms that are filled out ahead of time. It saves time to have that ahead of time
